Key Responsibilities

  • Partner across marketing and medical to develop and execute the US congress plan for national and regional oncology meetings, including initiatives such as product theaters and post-congress summaries. Lead Immunocore customer engagement efforts at congresses and coordinate customer group events and 1:1 meetings.
  • Develop and execute US advisory boards to inform key business questions and future brand promotional strategy and tactics.
  • Oversee post-launch evolution of patient websites as needed to increase brand and patient support program awareness and ensure an optimal online experience for patients and their caregivers.
  • Develop new omni-channel content to continue to educate patients/caregivers about metastatic uveal melanoma and KIMMTRAK, including patient “Request the Test” campaign to drive HLA testing to understand whether individuals are candidates for KIMMTRAK.
  • Work through the US promotional review process with regulatory, legal, medical, and agency partners for projects under your leadership.
  • Gather timely feedback on tactics and response to key initiatives to enhance execution and identify new program development opportunities or message refinement.
  • Participate in relevant scientific congresses and conferences to stay up to date.
  • Own brand budget for relevant tactics and closely monitor performance to ensure cost effective implementation of all deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines. Collaborate to develop guidelines for areas of responsibility if none exist or they require clarification and/or alignment.
  • Support other ad hoc projects that arise with evolving brand needs and changing market dynamics.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Preferred professional experiences include event and/or congress management, customer engagement, website design/refresh, integration of personal and non-personal promotion, and marketing analytics.
  • Marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.


  • Bachelor’s degree with major in marketing, communication, or related business area. MBA, or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of biotech or pharmaceutical (or other relevant) marketing experience or combination of marketing and sales management experience. Oncology experience preferred.
  • US oncology or pharmaceutical product launch experience preferred.


  • Travel may be required (5%)
