The Role:

This is a graduate role, design to introduce a graduate to all CMC activities with a particular focus on project management and support of the outsourced Manufacturing and development project. The role holder will support the project lead in coordinating project meetings, ensure tasks are being completed on time, support front line problem solving and execute front lines tasks. They will also support CMC team in coordinating and running performance management meetings, supporting the Commercial manufacture and supply of our commercial product Kimmtrak.


  • Project Support – coordinate and support Project lead on selected key CMC Product development and manufacturing projects.
  • Coordinate project specific requests with project team members and functional supporters.
  • Support CMC teams by coordinating and project managing requests and technical activities for our commercial product Kimmtrak – such as change controls, sample shipments etc.
  • Support and coordinate key CMC meetings and performance management activities including Monthly Project Management review meeting.
  • Support and develop planning process for clinical and Commercial Supply management.
  • Support shipment and movement of finished goods between CMOs and Storage locations.
  • Provide general operational support to the CMC team and associated cross-functional project teams.
  • Contribute to problem-solving, decision-making and obtaining agreement within the team.
  • Foster communication between Development, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and other business departments.


  • Degree in Biological sciences, bioengineering or Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing.
  • Interest in Business, and project management.
  • Familiarity with PM practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A fast learner that leverages core talents and skills rapidly in new and complex environments.
  • An analytical thinker who is energized by delving into complex projects.
  • A resourceful problem-solver who seeks out effective and efficient solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team setting.

  • Educated to BSc level or higher in life science discipline or equivalent.
