Protein Engineering Scientist (1-2 year post-doctoral position)

We are looking for one or two post-doctoral scientists to engineer high affinity TCR reagents targeting Diabetes antigens. The position(s) are funded by an EU grant which is aimed at developing new therapies for type 1 Diabetes, and involves collaborations with several leading academic groups.

Candidates will have a MSc or PhD in protein engineering, structural biology or molecular biology. The position(s) require experience of cloning and site-directed mutagenesis; hands-on experience of directed molecular evolution technologies is desirable but in-house training can be provided if necessary. Familiarity with protein expression and purification would also be an advantage.
